Behind Saza Lash Co. are owners Jennifer and Guy. Jennifer grew up in Calgary, while Guy was born and raised in Winnipeg. Together, they are raising two sons and are active contributors to their community.
Their mission is clear: to provide high-quality lash and brow services for Calgary’s vibrant, on-the-go women, who balance busy schedules yet still deserve to look and feel their best. From mascara-free mornings to easy brow maintenance, our treatments give clients more time to enjoy everything from work to the outdoors.

Do you offer memberships?
Yes! We offer flexible lash memberships designed to save you money and keep your lashes looking fresh month after month. Membership includes one full set or two refills per month, plus discounts on products and other services.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
We understand life happens! However, a “no-show” appointment is subject to a 100% fee, as outlined in our policy. This ensures our artists’ time is respected and available for all clients.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment are considered late and may be subject to a 50% fee, as noted in our waiver.
Are you flexible with your cancellation policy?
Yes, we always do our best to accommodate special circumstances. While our policy states a 50% fee for late cancellations and a 100% fee for no-shows, we handle each situation with care and understanding.
What should I do before my first appointment?
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes so your extensions can bond properly. If you’re short on time, don’t worry, just come 15 minutes early and we’ll provide makeup remover.
For clients under 18, a parent or guardian will need to attend the first appointment to sign a consent form. This ensures everything is safe, clear, and transparent before we begin your service.
