Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes so your extensions can bond properly. If you’re short on time, don’t worry, just come 15 minutes early and we’ll provide makeup remover.

For clients under 18, a parent or guardian will need to attend the first appointment to sign a consent form. This ensures everything is safe, clear, and transparent before we begin your service.

Xpress Lash full set usually takes about an hour, while refills are completed in about 30 minutes.

Refills are priced at $90.00 for non-members, while members enjoy a reduced rate of $67.50.

Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep your lash line looking full and seamless between full sets.

Extensions shed naturally with your own lashes, lasting 4-6 weeks on average. To maintain a full, fresh look, we recommend scheduling a refill every 2-3 weeks.

To keep your lashes looking full, fresh, and healthy:

For the first 24 hours, keep your lashes completely dry to allow the adhesive to fully cure. Avoid water, steam, saunas, and heavy sweating.
After the first day, gently cleanse your lashes regularly with a lash-safe cleanser to keep them fresh and healthy.
Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie.
Avoid oil-based products around your eyes.
Do not to rub, pull, or sleep directly on them.

Not at all. When applied properly by a trained professional and cared for correctly, lash extensions are completely safe for your natural lashes.

Damage usually occurs only when extensions are applied incorrectly, or if they are pulled, picked, or not cared for properly.

If you ever decide to remove your extensions, we recommend having them taken off by a professional using a specialized removal solution. The process is quick, gentle, and ensures your natural lashes stay healthy and intact.

We do not recommend using mascara, especially waterproof formulas, as they can weaken the adhesive and cause lashes to fall out prematurely. With Xpress Lashes, you likely won’t need it!

As for other eye makeup, you can definitely wear it, just stick to lash-safe, oil-free products. Oil-based makeup and removers can weaken the bond, shortening the life of your extensions. When cleansing, always be gentle and avoid rubbing or tugging at your lash line to keep your lashes looking fresh and full.
